Wimberley Tai Chi for Seniors
Tai Chi for Seniors is offered by the Senior Center for all person 55+ While some exercises deplete energy, Tai Chi accumulates it. It can improve leg and lower body strength. The slow dance-like speed creates balance, flexibility and calmness. This class is every Wednesday at the Wimberley Community Center from 9:00-10:00 am and the cost is $2.00.
