We use all of Miss Mae’s original recipes and use all oak wood to smoke our meats. Our brisket, smoked for 18 – 20 hours, is tender and juicy. We also serve sausage, pork ribs, beef or chicken fajitas, chicken, ham, turkey, and pork loin. Our traditional sides include beans, potato salad, and our famous cole slaw. If your not too full, try our banana puddin, pecan pie, or our to die for cobblers. We also offer some unique items: our stuffed bake potato and barbeque Frito pie are local favorites. For something a little south of the border, try our bar-burrito. It is a flour tortilla filled with chopped brisket, beans, onions, our homemade salsa, barbeque sauce and cheddar cheese.
