The mission of the Hill Country Unit of The Herb Society of America is to promote the knowledge, use and delight of herbs through educational programs, research, and sharing the experience of its members with the community. We meet monthly for herb education programs, sponsor herb workshops, maintain a Botanical herb garden at EmilyAnn Theatre and Gardens, and sponsor an annual public education event in the fall.
