clayewingI don't buy and sell real estate, but I have the privilege of helping those who do. From Marketing for Sellers, and Searching for Buyers, what I do is coordinate and guide you through the process of either selling your home or buying your new one. Putting a house on the Multiple Listing Service or just searching there to find you one, is the act of being a real estate technician; something like the guy who pulls parts off your car and replaces them until he - accidently - finds the problem.

That's the way things are often done, which is not to say the right way. My way is to market your home in the most effective manner, using the tools of both the modern Realtor, and those of the most effective Realtor, which is to say, a CENTURY 21 Hill Country Properties Realtor.
